\nAnanthapuri Senior Citizens Charitable Society (ASCCS) is a registered welfare organization dedicated to the upliftment, protection, and holistic well-being of senior citizens across Kerala. Founded with a deep sense of social responsibility, ASCCS works tirelessly to uphold the dignity, security, happiness, and rightful place of elders in society.
\nIn today\u2019s fast-paced and rapidly changing world, many senior citizens silently face neglect – sometimes within families, often within society, and occasionally even within institutions meant to protect them. Recognizing this growing concern, ASCCS stands as a compassionate, dependable, and proactive support system where members unite as a caring community. Irrespective of religion, caste, gender, or political affiliation, ASCCS operates with one unifying motto:\u201cHelping each other in the evening of life.\u201d
\nA significant number of senior citizens have spent their lives serving families, communities, and the Nation – yet many have never had the opportunity to travel by train, airplane, or ship, or visit the destinations they once dreamed of. ASCCS seeks to make those dreams possible. Through organized tours, social gatherings, art and cultural programs, music and dance events, sports activities, and welfare initiatives, the Society creates meaningful experiences that restore joy, companionship, and purpose.
\nASCCS envisions a caring and inclusive society where senior citizens are valued, respected, and empowered to live with safety, happiness, and mutual coexistence. With ASCCS, no elder stands alone. Life after sixty is not the closing chapter – it is the most meaningful phase of wisdom, reflection, independence, and fulfillment. Yet many elders quietly endure loneliness, health concerns, legal and financial confusion, social isolation, and unfulfilled aspirations. ASCCS is committed to addressing these challenges with sensitivity, professionalism, and dedication.
\nOne of the distinctive features of ASCCS is its commitment to service without boundaries. You inform-we act-without limits. ASCCS is open to:-
\n\u2022 All senior citizens aged 60 years and above,
\n\u2022 Individuals of all genders, religions, castes, and backgrounds,
\n\u2022 Those seeking companionship, dignity, protection, and meaningful engagement.
\nNo citizen above sixty should be left alone. Their happiness should not be postponed. Their burdens should not be carried in silence. ASCCS is a collective step toward ensuring that every senior citizen becomes part of a caring community that stands beside them throughout their golden years. We warmly invite senior citizens to join ASCCS to stand together, care together, and live together with dignity and joy.
